A Superior Court judge denied the self-defense immunity motion filed by a Buford man accused of shooting another man in his leg and jaw. Geoffrey Mack, 64, faces charges of aggravated assault, aggravated battery, false imprisonment and reckless conduct in connection to an incident March 20, 2015. Mack is accused of shooting Cornelio Lazarescue, who was also accused in a February indictment of stalking Mack’s wife, Cheryl Mack.
