The Gainesville Jaycees is accepting nominations for its annual Young man and Young Woman of the Year award, which honors Hall County residents younger than 40 for their community service. The award has been given annually for 65 years and will be given at a banquet Feb. 27. Nominees do not have to be members of the Jaycees.
