I-985 work will affect northbound travel for Flowery Branch drivers

Flowery Branch motorists will have to find another route besides Interstate 985 if they’re traveling north overnight Wednesday and Thursday, April 10-11. The Georgia Department of Transportation plans to close the northbound Exit 12 entrance ramp to I-985 at Spout Springs Road. The ramp will be closed from 10 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday and 10 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday.
