Humane Society to hold rabies clinics

The Humane Society of Hall County will hold a Microchip Clinic and Rabies Clinic from 8:30 a.m. to noon June 27 at Tailwaggers, 2376 Murphy Blvd., off Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville. No early birds, please.

Microchipping (including registration) is also available for each pet older than 3 months for only $20. There is also a combo rate to both done for $25.

A second rabies clinic will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon Aug. 15 at the Humane Society parking lot, 845 W. Ridge Road, Gainesville. Flea dips also will be available for $5 per animal. For flea dips, dogs must be 6 months or older; cats cannot be dipped.

Rabies shots are $10 at both events. Every pet must be contained in a carrier or leashed.

Puppies and kittens must be 3 months old for rabies shots.
