An Atlanta man pleaded not guilty to all charges, including homicide by vessel in the first degree, Tuesday in Hall County Court, according to county officials. The charges stem from a July 6 boating accident on Lake Lanier that killed 11-year-old Kile Glover. Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was a family friend on vacation with the Glover family at the time of the accident.
