Hall County authorities have arrested a man who admitted setting fire to his house early Tuesday on Clarks Bridge Road.Pedro Gonzales-Rodriguez, 42, turned himself in Tuesday afternoon, Hall County Fire Services said in a news release. He is owner of the home in the 3600 block of Clarks Bridge Road that burned overnight. He has been charged with one count of first-degree arson and was booked into the Hall County Jail, authorities said.Gonzales-Rodriguez told authorities he set the fire due to recent financial and personal difficulties.
