Hall and other counties in Northeast Georgia are among counties which are included in a severe thunderstorm watch issued by the National Weather Service.
The watch is set to expire at 10 p.m.
Hall County also remains in a wind advisory until 7p.m.
The severe weather is forming due to a cold front moving into North Georgia this afternoon.
The primary hazards from any severe thunderstorms would be damaging winds and large hail, according to the National Weather Service. Isolated tornadoes also could be possible.
