An inmate has been found dead in a Hall County Jail cell, officials said. A jailer with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office found the inmate dead Sunday at 6 a.m. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been called in to investigate the death, and information about the cause of death will not be released until the investigation is performed, according sheriff’s office officials. Sherry Lang, director of public affairs for the bureau, said it would not release any additional information on Sunday.
