The Hall County Animal Shelter recently transported 31 dogs to a New York adoption event, where they were all adopted. The dogs were taken to White Plains, N.Y., as part of a program that allows pets to be taken to other parts of the country where there is a shortage of adoptable animals. This was the fifth trip the shelter has made.
