The Gainesville and Hall County Development Authority will meet again next month to discuss financing details for about $8 million in campus construction projects at Brenau University. The projects include building new sorority houses, a residence hall, anatomy lab and field house. The authority, as well as the Brenau Board of Trustees and Hall County Board of Commissioners, already approved issuing revenue bonds to pay for the projects.
