Hall County Schools will be back in session Tuesday, but due to some still icy roads, officials are asking for some flexibility when it comes to school bus riders.
Children who live on roads that are icy should walk to the main road to catch the bus, said Aaron Turpin, a spokesman for the school system. Children should be at the main road five minutes prior to normal pickup time to ensure they're not missed.
For children who are missed, parents can call the Hall County Schools transportation department at 770-287-0942 to make arrangements to have their child picked up.
In the afternoon, if roads are still icy, children will be dropped off at the main road.
Bus pick up times may vary slightly as drivers deal with road conditions and pickup changes.
