The Hall County Board of Education approved several special purpose local option sales tax requests and heard the district’s last financial report of fiscal year 2014 at its Monday evening meeting. The financial report showed the district had slightly more revenue than expenses last fiscal year, leaving a balance of $7,499,095.34 at the end of the year. The report showed the district received 101.5 percent of budgeted revenues and spent 97.7 percent of budgeted expenditures, a 3.8 percent difference.
