A brief ceremony outside the Hall County Courthouse this week will honor crime victims. The Hall County Solicitor’s Office and Hall County District Attorney’s Office will observe Victims’ Rights Week with a brief ceremony at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Kenyon Plaza outside the courthouse at 225 Green St. SE, Gainesville. The ceremony will focus on progress made in the past 30 years in restoring the balance of justice for those harmed by crime.
