Hall County man charged with sexual exploitation of child after photos found
Nicholas Aliucci

A Hall County man was accused Friday of possessing photos of underage girls as part of a larger investigation this year, according to authorities.

Nicholas Aliucci, 22, is charged with sexual exploitation of a child. He was booked Friday into the Hall County Jail, where he remains.

Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigators obtained a warrant Thursday for Aliucci’s arrest after a search at his home in September.

Authorities said the search was part of “Operation Southern Impact,” which targeted individuals possessing and distributing child pornography.

The operation combined more than 30 local police and sheriff’s offices and resulted in 17 arrests in Georgia.

Authorities seized a computer in the search of Aliucci’s home.

“Analysis of the computer revealed that Aliucci did possess, receive and disseminate images of minor females engaged in lewd exhibitions of their genitals,” Lt. Scott Ware wrote in a news release.
