Hall County has launched an online comment form allowing residents to review their interactions with the government.

The form allows commenters to list the date, department and even the name of the specific employee they encountered to give a “concrete path for that feedback to be reviewed by our department heads so that improvements can be made where necessary,” County Administrator Randy Knighton said in an announcement.

Commenters can rate their experiences from excellent to poor and can tell whether county staff were timely, friendly and knowledgeable and informed.
