Food and shelter programs in Hall County can apply for additional funding after the county was chosen to receive national Emergency Food and Shelter National Board Program funds. Local agencies must be private, voluntary nonprofits or units of government (and if they are private they must have a voluntary board), have an accounting system, practice nondiscrimination and have demonstrated the capability to deliver food and shelter programs.
