Hall County law enforcement authorities are seeking a missing 9-year-old boy. Ian Reese Fortune, who is 41 inches tall and weights 62 pounds, was last seen at 4 p.m. on Pleasant View Circle in Gainesville. He was wearing an orange shirt with a motorcycle logo, blue jean shorts, and black and red Adidas shoes.
