Police are still looking into allegations of a former Habersham County schoolteacher sending “inappropriate pictures” to high school students. Jessica Daniel, who taught at the Habersham Ninth Grade Academy, is under investigation by the Habersham County Board of Education Police Department. The school board became aware of the allegations on May 2, according to a press release issued by the system.Daniel was immediately placed on leave and subsequently submitted her resignation, which the board accepted May 4.
