Rezoning for a 50-acre industrial development on W. White Road was approved by the council.
The development would be off H.F. Reed Industrial Parkway and near Interstate 985’s new Exit 14. It would have two buildings — one 160,000 square feet and the other 250,000 square feet.
No tenants have been signed. The buildings are “speculative,” meaning they will be marketed to various users.
The land at 4327 W. White Road is near some other industrial uses, including King’s Hawaiian.
