The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for its Most Fit Company Awards, which will be presented Oct. 5 at the HealthSmart Breakfast at the Gainesville Civic Center.

Judging criteria for the Most Fit Company Awards include wellness, nutrition and fitness opportunities provided by employers. Awards are presented at the breakfast in three categories based on number of employees: large (251+ employees), medium (51-250) and small (50 or fewer).

Nominations, which are due by Sept. 20, can be submitted online at surveymonkey.com/r/KV5SB75. Most Fit Company 2015 winners were South State Bank, SKF USA, the Hall County Sheriff’s Office and Brenau University.

The awards and breakfast are held in conjunction with the HealthSmart Expo.

Jeff Galloway, an Olympian and training specialist, will speak at the 7:30 a.m. Oct. 5 breakfast, which costs $10 for Chamber members and $20 for all others.

The health expo, which is free and open to the public, runs from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 5 at the Gainesville Civic Center and includes free health screenings.
