Hall County has spent much of what it has currently pledged for the Gateway Industrial Centre, according to a presentation at the board of commissioners’ Monday work session. The county has about $6.6 million in funds it has awarded to contractors for roads, water lines, storm water lines and construction. It has spent about $3 million so far for Phase I and Phase II work installing infrastructure inside the 518-acre park.
