Gas prices have been rising since early July, but the worst may be behind us. Since last Monday, the retail price for regular unleaded gasoline in Georgia has risen 4 cents, but analysts for the gas price website GasBuddy.com think prices may stabilize later this week. “I don’t believe the big increase that we have seen over the last few weeks is necessarily a sign of what’s to come for the foreseeable future,” said Patrick DeHaan, senior petroleum analyst for GasBuddy.com.
