The Gainesville City Board of Education will have a board work session Monday at 4 p.m. at the central office. The meeting will include the second reading and possible final adoption of two policies designed to address infectious disease scenarios in the school system. Previously, the policies authorized students or employees to be removed from school or employment for a period of no more than 10 days.
