The Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board approved the annexation request Tuesday of Foote & Miller Properties LLC. The request annexed about 2.7 acres of the Milton Martin Honda car dearlership on Browns Bridge Road into the city of Gainesville. The property has two buildings for new and used car sales, vehicle parts and service. State Sen. Butch Miller, R-Gainesville, is a business partner of Foote & Miller and general manager of the Honda dealership.
