Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board OKs 2 measures

Two measures passed unanimously at a brief city of Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board meeting on Tuesday evening at the Public Safety Complex. The medical office of Dr. Chris Recknor, who specializes in research and senior care, will be allowed to display a sign with electronic messages by unanimous consent. A measure was also passed to amend city code regarding dimensional requirements for both residential and nonresidential zoning districts, incorporating a minimum road frontage requirement of 40 feet.
