Gainesville Parks and Recreation will be holding summer job fairs at the Gainesville Civic Center on the following dates:
- Jan. 25, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Feb. 20, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- March 27, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- April 18, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The following positions at the Frances Meadows Aquatic Center, Green Street Pool, Day Camps, Travel Camps and Specialty Camps are available:
- Lifeguards
- Concession workers
- Camp director
- Activity specialists
- Site directors
- Lead counselors
- Day camp counselors
- Camp coordinators
- Bus and van drivers
Those interested must be 16 years of age or older to apply and should bring a resume and a completed application to the fair. Applications may be found at the Gainesville Parks and Recreation office in the Civic Center at 830 Green Street, or downloaded from www.gainesville.org.
Applicants unable to attend should submit their applications to Andi Harmon, Recreation Program Manager for Gainesville Parks and Recreation.
