A Gainesville woman was accused of child cruelty four days after her 3-year-old son was left in a car unattended for roughly three hours, according to authorities. Authorities took the 3-year-old boy to Northeast Georgia Medical Center on Aug. 13 after Alejandra Suarez called 911 to say she “accidentally left the child unattended” in the car outside her home in Chicopee Village. Hall County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Scott Ware said the boy has been released from the hospital and is in “good physical condition.”
