A Gainesville man and a Lawrenceville man have been arrested on murder and other charges in connection with a man killed at a Lawrenceville apartment complex, police said.

Isaac Vincente Sandoval, 22, of Gainesville, faces charges of murder, armed robbbery and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime, Lawrenceville Police said. Steven James Green, 28, of Lawrenceville, was charged with murder, burglary and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime.

Police allege they killed Anthony Shane Augustus and injured Shyrome Marshall about 10 p.m. Oct. 1 at the Cedar Gate Common apartments while the suspects were committing a burglary. The two, arrested last week, targeted the apartment because they had purchased illegal drugs there in the past, police said.

Both are being held at the Gwinnett County jail.
