A Gainesville man is accused of having “repeated sexual contact with a minor child” for two years, according to authorities. Russell Spangler Lowry, 53, was charged with aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, felony sexual battery and enticing a child for indecent purposes. He was booked Tuesday in to the Hall County Jail, where he remains.
