A parade and reception for Gainesville High School’s Class AAAAA state champion football team will be held Jan. 30. All schools in the Gainesville city system will dismiss one hour early to allow faculty and students to participate. The parade will leave Gainesville High at 3:55 p.m., traveling Oak Street to Academy Street, then turning onto E.E. Butler Parkway at the intersection with Jesse Jewell Parkway and continuing out Green Street to Bobby Gruhn Field at City Park.
