For the upcoming school year, Gainesville City Schools has tweaked how, and where, children will be transported to and from campus. The system has implemented three satellite bus stops for tuition-paying students in an attempt to ease traffic around the schools – particularly at Centennial Arts Academy. Nearly 380 students will be encouraged to use the stops at Lakewood Baptist Church, Green Street pool and Estates Drive.
