Work to replace a drainage pipe underneath Ga. 53 near Braselton has been postponed.

Engineers with the Georgia Department of Transportation will be performing an additional investigation into underground utilities throughout this week. No lane closures will result during the investigation.

Work was set to begin at 8 a.m. Tuesday south of Ga. 124.
