A cold rainy Wednesday may bring us a taste of winter tonight: the National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory for North Georgia. The advisory is in effect from 3-9 a.m. Thursday morning, when temperatures are forecast to drop into the low to mid-30s in the region. Residents are advised to bring in or protect plants that may be harmed by frost.
