Four people were arrested and an estimated $32,000 worth of methamphetamine was seized during a pair of undercover drug busts on Golden Parkway in Buford on Tuesday and Wednesday, authorities said.
Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad Lt. Scott Ware said on Tuesday investigators concluded a two-week undercover investigation when Brittany Lauren Wingate of Alpharetta delivered 6 ounces of methamphetamine at a meeting place on Golden Parkway. Wingate previously sold drugs to an undercover officer twice before, Ware said.
Wingate, 21, was charged with trafficking methamphetamine and sale of methamphetamine.
On Wednesday, three other people also delivered 6 ounces of methamphetamine to an undercover officer at a predetermined location on Golden Parkway, Ware said.
Mario Garamillo Aguirre, 32, of Lawrenceville, Miguel Angel Bueno Vargas, 32, of Lawrenceville, and a juvenile whose name was not released because of his age were charged with trafficking methamphetamine.
