The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a second person connected with the death of a Barrow County teenager.Terry Littleton, of Flowery Branch, was arrested March 14 and charged with criminal attempt to distribute a controlled substance and use of a communication facility in commission of a criminal attempt to distribute a controlled substance. Authorities say Littleton, 25, and Emily Smith assisted the victim, 18-year-old Morgan Wages, in obtaining drugs prior to her death. The two allegedly engineered a deal for the teen to procure methadone via cell phone.
