A Flowery Branch man has been indicted on murder charges for the Christmas Day death of his brother. Mark Alan Fyfe, 53, is accused of shooting his brother Alan Scott Fyfe, 55, on Christmas Day, telling investigators he did so to protect his own son. In an Aug. 26 indictment, Fyfe was charged with murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, interference with government property and three counts of felony obstruction of an officer.
