Five veterans honored, get high school diplomas

Five men, including three Hall County brothers, who served in World War II and Vietnam, were awarded their high school diplomas Monday in a special ceremony at the First Baptist Church. Hall County Schools Superintendent Will Schofield said he had participated in about 90 graduation ceremonies during his career as a superintendent. “None is more special that this tonight,” he said.
