Brenau University and the Gainesville community have lost a great person and contributor, Grace Hooten Moore, who died Wednesday at 95. Moore, who graduated from Brenau in 1938, was active in supporting the university. As a student, she was an active member of her sorority, Alpha Gamma Delta.After graduating, she served on Brenau’s Board of Trustees during the 1970s.
