A Lula man was arrested Saturday after another man’s face was “severely cut.” The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said Charles Dean Tamburich, 27, was arrested Dec. 21 on a charge of aggravated battery. According to Chad Mann, community services officer for the sheriff’s office, the incident happened Dec. 15.
