A popular song started blaring and girls screamed, starting to move to the music. They twirled, jumped and sang along as fathers smiled, some trying to keep up and others throwing moves themselves. The Daddy Daughter Dance put on Thursday night by the Gainesville Parks and Recreation brought a crowd to the Gainesville Civic Center.
