Flowery Branch has hit a delay in its much-needed Spring Street bridge project. Bids for the work all came in over budget, Mayor Mike Miller said. “At this point, we will circle back with the bidders, find out where the disconnect is in our budgeting of it and their proposals and see where we need to meet,” he said.
