Bridge projects are springing up around Northeast Georgia. The Ga. 11/Winder Highway bridge over the Middle Oconee River just west of River Walk Lane in Jefferson will be reduced to one lane today through April 30 for reconstruction. A temporary traffic signal was to be installed last week, flashing yellow to caution motorists using the bridge.
