Ninth District Opportunity Inc. has recently been awarded federal funds under the Emergency Food and Shelter National Board Program, with Hall County receiving $70,350. The money will go to supplement emergency food and shelter programs. A local board made up of those representing local agencies and churches will determine how the funds will be distributed in Hall.
