U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal is scheduled to appear on "Your World with Neil Cavuto" today on the Fox News Channel.

The Gainesville Republican, a candidate for governor in this fall's election, will be discussing his proposed Fiscal Responsibility Act. The bill would reduce pay for members of Congress in years ending with the federal government operating a budget deficit.
