(2013-5): Shall the governing authority of the City of Clarkesville be authorized to permit and regulate package sales by retailers of both malt beverages and wine on Sundays between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. (2013-6): Shall a special ad valorem tax exemption, including all such taxes levied for educational and state purposes, be granted for inventory of goods in the process of manufacture or production which shall include all partly finished goods and raw materials held for direct use or consumption in the ordinary course of the taxpayer’s manufacturing or production business in the City of Clarkesville, Georgia.
