Fannin County businesswoman Emily Dunn will continue to serve as the State Transportation Board’s 9th District member. She was unanimously re-elected Tuesday afternoon to a five-year term at the State Capitol by state senators and representatives from the 9th Congressional District, which covers Northeast Georgia, including Hall. Dunn, 51, has held the seat since her unopposed election in February 2011.
