The public is invited to take part in “Conversations that Matter,” a town hall meeting addressing employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. Conversations that Matter will be hosted by All About Developmental Disabilities at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Oaks at Lanier Charter Career Academy in Gainesville. Kathy Keeley, executive director of AADD, said the event will discuss the high unemployment rate for people with developmental disabilities in Georgia.
