Gov. Nathan Deal will sign the third phase of his criminal justice reforms today at Antioch Baptist Church in Gainesville. The signing will follow remarks given at a 10 a.m. service at the church at 1010 Mill St. The legislation focuses on re-entry of inmates into society and follows recommendations from the Georgia Council on Criminal Justice Reform.
