Cumming officials have scheduled a public hearing on the proposed 2013 budget for 3 p.m. Dec. 4 at city hall. “We’ll be discussing the budget and if anybody has any questions, they’re welcome to pick up a copy,” said Mayor H. Ford Gravitt. The decision came Tuesday night during the regular monthly meeting of mayor and council.
