Hall County is looking to expand to all of its compactor sites a recycling program that offers more convenience to residents. The Hall County Board of Commissioners will consider a proposal to make “single-stream” recycling countywide. Single stream allows residents to mix recyclables — glass, aluminum and different kinds of plastics — together for drop-off rather than having to separate them in specified bins.
